Chichibu area
- Shibazakura (Shibazakura Hill, Hitsujiyama Park, Chichibu)

- Spider Lily (Kinchakuda, Komanosato)

A landscape painted in bright red with approximately one 1,000,000 spider lilies unfolds in front of you. Enjoy the rich autumnal color in Kinchakuda, the most famous spider lily spot in Japan. <In bloom: mid-September to late September>

- Winter Sweet (Hodosan Winter Sweet Garden)

Fragrant flowers of about 2000 winter sweet trees bloom. The little elegant yellow flowers fill the area with their sweet, gentle fragrance. View them closely and enjoy a wide range of varieties. <In bloom: late January to mid-February>
Transfer at Seibu-Chichibu Station from the Seibu Chichibu Line to the Chichibu Railway (Ohanabatake Station) and get off at Nagatoro Station. Walk 15-minutes and take the Hodosan Ropeway for 5 minutes.
Kawagoe area
- Maple (Kitain Temple, Kawagoe)

As a place related to the Tokugawa, the temple holds many national important cultural properties reminiscent of the Edo period. Come and enjoy the autumnal scene presented by the scarlet-tinged maple leaves in the historical garden. <Best time to view the leaves: mid-November to late November>

This garden is located on a leafy green hill in Sayama and showcases 50 varieties and approximately 450,000 colorful lilies. <In bloom: early June to mid-July>
A 3-minutes walk from Seibukyūjō-mae Station on the Sayama Line.Transfer from the Seibu Tamako Line to the Seibu Yamaguchi Line (Leo Liner) at Seibu-yūenchi Station, get off at Seibukyūjō-mae Station.
- Hydrangea (Toshimaen)

There are 150 varieties and 10,000 hydrangea shrubs, also known as Temaribana (ball flower) or Shichihenge (various changes), creating a picturesque landscape. <In bloom: early June to mid-July>

- False Anemone (Mt. Mitake, Okutama)

A 6-minutes cable car ride from the foot of Mt. Mitake will take you to a spot where a beautiful scene of about 50,000 elegantly fragile false anemones unfolds before your eyes. Come and enjoy the fantastic atmosphere created by the fragile little flowers swinging in the wind. <In bloom: early August to late August>
Transfer from the Haijima Line at Haijima Station to the JR Ōme Line and get off at Mitake Station. Then take a bus (10-minutes) and a cable car (6-minutes).
- Cosmos (Showa Kinen Park)

In autumn, the park is covered with 22 varieties of 1.300,000 cosmos. Come back at other times again to enjoy the seasonal changes in scenery the park offers throughout the year. <In blossom: late September to early November>
