Limited Express Train "Red Arrow"
The Red Arrow has reserved seats only. You need a limited express ticket in addition to a regular ticket.
The Facilities Available on the Red Arrow Train
· All Cars are non-smoking.
· Rest rooms are available in Cars No.1 and No.7.
· Seats and rest rooms for wheelchair users are available in Car No. 1.
· Cardphones are available in Car No. 1
(except between Hanno and Seibu-Chichibu).
· Drink vending machines are available in Cars No. 1 and No. 7.
   
· Train fare:
limited express charge ordinary fare total
Seibu-Shinjuku Hon-Kawagoe  410yen + 480yen = 890yen
Takadanobaba Hon-Kawagoe  410yen + 480yen = 890yen
Ikebukuro Hon-Kawagoe* 700yen + 450yen = 1,150yen
Seibu-Shinjuku Seibu-Chichibu* 860yen + 750yen = 1,610yen
Takadanobaba Seibu-Chichibu* 860yen + 750yen = 1,610yen
Ikebukuro Seibu-Chichibu  620yen + 750yen = 1,370yen
*Change other limited express at Tokorozawa
· On sale date of advance tickets
One month before the day you take the train.
For group passengers, bookings are accepted one month and seven days in advance and the tickets are sold one month in advance.
   
· Tickets are sold at the ticket windows of the following stations during the following hours.
7:00 - 20:00 Ikebukuro, Nerima, Hibarigaoka, Nishi-Tokorozawa, Seibukyujo-mae, Kotesashi,
Irumashi, Hanno, Koma, Ashigakubo, Yokoze, Seibu-Chichibu,
Seibu-Shinjuku, Takadanobaba, Tanashi, Higashi-Murayama,Tokorozawa,
Shin-Tokorozawa, Sayamashi, Hon-Kawagoe, Kokubunji
